The Challenge

Our client was suffering from lack of awareness; especially in larger markets. The brand had a great reputation with guests who had visited, but it was a struggle getting new guests in the door. There was a difficulty standing out as unique, bold and differentiated among the marketplace of Canadian steakhouse brands; and felt that their unique personality was not being communicated as intended. Their goal was to re-energize the brand perception and make it more visible in larger markets, but recognized they lacked the internal ability to reach an audience on a regional and national level; so they turned to Hook + Ladder for help.
