THE ROLE:

We’re looking for our first SEO Specialist to take our integrated our clients’ online presence to the next level.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • 3+ years experience in Search Engine Optimization
  • Expert knowledge of technical, on-page & off-page SEO strategies and implementation
  • Experience with Google Search Console
  • Expert level experience with WordPress and SEO tools / plugins
  • Working knowledge of Elementor for WordPress

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
  • Efficiently communicate with internal / external teams to align on SEO goals.
  • Client communication of our strategies, performance, and deliverables.
  • Closely collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly followed throughout website content.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery and optimization for new SEO. keywords to use throughout the company website and marketing materials.
  • Perform competitor analysis to uncover competitor SEO efforts and report on insights.
  • Perform on-going onpage SEO optimization of newly created content pieces or new pages for client websites.
  • Lead the implementation of changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Recommend upcoming content pieces to create for clients to increase traffic (blogs and lead magnets).
  • Support on the delivery of quarterly reports and planning documentation that are fully transparent of our work and success from the previous quarter and clearly outline our strategies for next quarter.
  • Effectively forecast performance and set SEO growth goals.
  • Contribute SEO thought leadership internally and with your client

  • English: Full professional proficiency with English writing and communication

Location

  • Ideal: Barranquilla, Medellin or Bogota (Colombia)
  • Open to: Any other country in Latin America

  • Background / Experience.
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in the marketing industry
