THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager who speaks and writes fluent, professional English to join our growing international agency. You will be operating at the core of a cross-functional marketing team, working with clients, account executives, and functional specialists to ensure the marketing strategy is translated into reality and tangible business results. Some of your high-level responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): 

• Manage various marketing projects simultaneously and track the success of that selection of projects against company goals, using analytics and reporting data to ensure the marketing projects are supporting the company and clients to reach its broader targets and objectives.
• Ensure projects related to marketing campaigns are executed and delivered to the clients on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear and concise communication to drive successful project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, outlining deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation to drive successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Effectively convey complex ideas and project updates to both clients and internal teams.

YOU BRING:

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications and skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management with team collaboration for the execution and delivery of projects.
• Working experience in the field of marketing with a general understanding of work breakdown and process of marketing teams.
• Experience working with Agile & Scrum methodology.

• Proficiency in Project Management (e.g. Work Breakdown, Scheduling, Resource Allocation, Budget Control, Risk Management, and Team Management)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, including facilitating meetings, written communications, and supporting a high-performing & collaborative team culture.
• Understanding of digital marketing services and activities, such as Paid Media, SEM, SEO, Social Media, Email marketing, Creatives & Branding, Web Development & CRO.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements or client needs.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. 
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
• Professional proficiency in written & verbal English (required) and Spanish (optional).

• Project Management experience for multicultural remote teams.
• Previous experience at a Marketing Agency.
• Proficiency in working with client stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
• A desire and drive to push yourself out of your comfort zone.
• Project Management Certifications such as PMPⓇ or ScrumMaster (CSM) certification are assets.
• Experience with Monday.com or other cloud-based project management technologies.
• A desire to stay ahead of the digital marketing landscape and its technological advancements, such as AI.
