THE ROLE:

As a Digital Trafficker at Hook & Ladder Digital, you’ll be an integral part of our advertising team, focusing on the operational aspects of campaign management across various digital platforms. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of digital advertising, supporting the implementation of advertising strategies and ensuring campaigns are launched successfully. The Digital Trafficker has the following roles and accountabilities:

  • Trafficking campaigns across multiple advertising platforms include Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns meet visual and technical standards before launch.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring budget spending for advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the advertising specialist to support the implementation of advertising strategies across multiple client accounts.
  • Support in the creation of advertising strategies and data analysis for decision-making.
  • Provide feedback on ad creatives and oversee optimization for optimal performance.
  • Generate performance reports, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Liaise between departments to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through ongoing professional development.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve campaign performance through automation and workflow optimization.
 
YOU BRING:
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital advertising. 
  • Experienced trafficking campaigns in at least 2 digital advertising platforms: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Youtube Ads, Display Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Basic knowledge of GA4.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Growth mindset and motivation to learn.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) and Spanish (optional).
 
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: 
  • Previous experience working with a marketing agency.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and platforms.
  • Experience with Looker Studio (Data Studio)
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager.
  • Copywriting Experience.
  • Located in Medellín, Colombia or Caracas, Venezula.
