We are seeking a full-time, data focused and experienced marketer who wants to work with other competent and business-minded teammates in a fast-moving environment. You recognize the importance of using data to execute and report on highly agile, strategic initiatives and have the ability to translate that data into informed and educated business decisions.

Reporting to the Funnel Strategist Lead, this role will include but is not limited to:

  • Creating record-breaking campaign strategies using digital advertising, outreach, email, analytics & more! 
  • Setting up, managing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, Display & more).
  • Analyzing data & making data-backed decisions/recommendations to improve our clients’ results drastically.
  • Creating engaging reports that communicate the value of our marketing initiatives to our clients.
  • Using creative writing and design to tell engaging stories, articulate value, and drive action on landing pages, emails, ads, etc.
  • Designing and building conversion-based landing pages using page building software such as Unbounce and Elementor.
  • Innovating & pushing the boundaries of digital marketing.

This position plays a critical role in our cross-functional team. Below are some of the key qualities which would make you a great fit as an H+L Digital Trafficker:

  • Language proficiency requirement: Advanced English. The successful candidate must demonstrate proficiency in communication, reading, and writing.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a marketing professional.
  • Have started a business or freelanced in the past as a digital marketer.
  • Have working experience building, managing, reporting and optimizing SEM and SEO strategies.
  • Have expert-level experience building, managing, reporting and optimizing Facebook Ad, Google Ad, YouTube Ad, and Search Ad strategies.
  • Have expert-level experience setting up digital ad conversion tracking using Facebook Pixel, Google Conversions, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Have experience designing and building high converting landing pages or website pages using 3rd party tools or popular website platforms.
  • Have a passion for creating evidence-based strategies: Using data, logic, and experience to make improvements, drive results, and scale successful campaigns.
  • Have the ability to look at each component of an advertising funnel and diagnose which part (ad copy, ad creative, landing page, checkout page, email follow up) is weak. Plus, make logical recommendations on how to improve that specific component.
  • You’re resourceful. If you don’t have the answers, you can find them. You enjoy educating yourself on digital marketing best practices and nothing is better than discovering an amazing new tool.
  • You’re collaborative. You thrive in an environment where you are learning and teaching simultaneously.
  • Design experience through Adobe product suite or familiarity with online design tools such as Canva.
  • Copywriting experience to support digital marketing activities such as blog writing, ad copy, website copy, email, etc.
  • A desire to stay ahead of the digital marketing landscape and you follow leaders in the digital marketing space such as Frank Kern, Ryan Deiss, Sam Ovens & others.

Note: Although this is a remote position, the successful candidate will be required to work effectively within a team-focused environment, participate in daily check-ins, and provide updates on ongoing activities.
